ReGenerate 2019, held at Indian Creek Camp, was attended by 154 pastors, elders, and active lay members from the Georgia-Cumberland, South Central, and Kentucky-Tennessee conferences. They came to be renewed by the Spirit of God, and they were not disappointed. His presence was manifested. All felt a renewed sense of hunger and thirst for Jesus. Dan Jackson, president of the North American Division, was the keynote speaker, along with other presenters, including Joe Kidder, Joe Grider, Olin McGraw, and Marc Lien.
Kidder spoke about the importance of experiencing God’s power. Revitalization starts with each individual, prayer, Bible study, and sharing with others what God has done for them personally. He also talked about the worship experience — “your heart’s desires.”
Lien told how his church was revitalized and grew through small groups. Using Vacation Bible School, McGraw’s church was revived with more than 20 baptisms. Several testimonies were given of churches experiencing revitalization in the Georgia-Cumberland, South Central, and Kentucky-Tennessee conferences.
Attendees pray that the Holy Spirit which was present will enable them to continue reflecting Jesus throughout the conferences.
